Cancellation Policy
Cost is PER school or college not per person State number of participants on the booking e.g. 3 people attending All webinar places must be booked in advance via your website or booking platform (no purchase orders) Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure a place. Once booked, attendees receive: An automatic confirmation email and joining details sent 24–48 hours before the webinar It is the responsibility of the attendee to ensure their email details are correct. Cancellations made more than 7 days before the webinar: May receive a refund or credit (your choice). Cancellations made within 7 days of the webinar: No refund, a video recording of the webinar will be sent instead Schools may substitute another teacher at no extra cost. Schools may add other participants at the same centre (even if working from home) up to 10 members of staff
