1.4 To include how documents and arrangements can be checked by self and others for accuracy/omissions/ confusion. In addition, communication about meetings, travel and accommodation also need to be checked to ensure that all necessary parties have been informed. To include how documents and arrangements should be checked, why they need to be checked, and the benefits, drawbacks and importance of carrying out these checks.
